TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms for using our site and platform.

These terms govern access to velantirlabs.com and, unless a signed agreement says otherwise, the use of the Velantir narrative risk intelligence platform.

LAST UPDATED — 21 August 2026

Acceptance

By accessing this website or using Velantir you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

The service

Velantir provides analysis of externally available signals and produces prioritised alerts with an escalation score and a confidence level. Access is provided on a subscription basis scaled by the number of Protected Assets.

Nature of the intelligence

Velantir outputs are probabilistic analytical assessments, not statements of fact, legal advice, financial advice or guarantees of outcome. Escalation scores and confidence levels are indicators intended to support human judgement. You remain responsible for decisions taken on the basis of them.

Acceptable use

You may not use Velantir to target individuals unlawfully, to conduct surveillance of private persons, to circumvent platform terms or applicable law, or to resell outputs without written agreement. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, overload or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

Customer data and configuration

You are responsible for the Protected Assets and keywords you configure and for ensuring that your use of Velantir complies with laws applicable to you. We process customer data as described in our Privacy Policy and in any executed data processing agreement.

Intellectual property

Velantir Labs retains all rights in the platform, its methodology, models, interfaces and site content. You retain rights in your own configuration and materials.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service unless a service level is agreed in a signed contract.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velantir Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or reputation arising from use of the service or reliance on its outputs.

Term and changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected in the date above. Signed enterprise agreements take precedence over these terms where they conflict.

Questions about these terms can be raised through the demo request form.
